- How long does an iPhone screen replacement take?
- If we have your part in stock, most screen repairs are done in 15–30 minutes. If we need to order an OLED screen, we can arrange same-day Uber delivery (usually 2–3 hours, +$20) or express post (+$10). Call ahead to confirm stock.
- What is the difference between Budget, Mid, and Premium screens?
- Budget (Incell) is a quality aftermarket LCD screen — great value, slightly less vivid than the original. Mid (Soft OLED) matches original display quality and passes Apple diagnostics with no pop-up message — our most popular option. Premium (AS NEW OLED) uses a refurbished original Apple panel for the closest-to-factory experience.
- Will my iPhone show a battery or Face ID warning after the repair?
- No — we use Configuration Ready (Diagnosable) parts for iPhone 13 and newer. These pass Apple’s own diagnostics so you won’t see any “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display” message.
- Do you repair all iPhone models?

I had a broken screen of my Motorola phone. I approached CPRepair to have it fixed. It was a friendly service, replaced the broken screen, and I was told that I am covered by three months warranty. Based on this experience I recommend CPRepair. However, I do not recommend Motorola mobiles in Australia, simply because although I bought mine from an electronics retailer in Australia (not online) I found out that Motorola has a poor after-sales support, no accessories, and no spare parts.

The batteries of my Sony wf-1000xm4 earbuds were draining very fast and unevenly (like 70% in 5 minutes for the right ear bud) and after Mr Long Tran changed the batteries, they are working very well now. Highly recommend his repair service.
