I only like to give good reviews... but unfortunately I need to warn people. If you have an Apple laptop do not get a third party battery from here, as it didn't work for me. Loong is a really lovely man and I really trusted him. But for whatever reason the battery he put in didn't work. He offered to change it, but by this stage I had lost confidence in his ability to fix my laptop. It is my livelihood. I need it to work asap. So I went to Apple and they ran a full diagnostic and it was just the battery. Loong had told me it was something else and definitely not the battery. Unfortunately after much discussion, he will not refund me for the cost of the batter $199 (I gladly pay for the labour). I am a sole trader, I am struggling to make a living. $199 is a substantial amount for me to loose. Anyway. I tried to resolve this and sadly it came to this having to warn people to please take your Macbook laptop to Apple - avoid wasting money on third party risks. I learnt the hard way.

I needed to replace the battery on my pixel 6. He had everything in stock, had it all done in an hour, was the cheapest price in the cbd, and had great customer service during and after the replacement.
