They are an absolute lifesaver!!! I had an ipad 7th generation, its warranty ran out when it broke down. I called officeworks (where I got it from) about it and they said neither they nor apple would fix it (looks like a ploy to force people to buy their new products or risk losing everything!). Long was willing to fix it. He offered great advice and was able to figure out that it wasn't the battery that had expired as I thought, but the screen was damaged! My old ipad is now fixed, and working great! I was also able to transfer my apps across to my new ipad thanks to Long's help. I think this has saved me some thousands of $ spent on my downloaded apps since I was able to get all of them back! Now I thought after being fixed it would have a short life, but I basically now have 2 ipads! (Please see photo of 2 ipads for reference. One on left is old ipad, one on right is new ipad) I would absolutely recommend them for anything technical you need. After all, you might end up saving thousands!!!
